New York sushi lovers have a new hangout in NoLita. Sakura Sushi’s fresh fish and creative specialty rolls are simply phenomenal, but you would never know it from the small restaurant’s bare, unpretentious décor. So instead of focusing on the ambience, focus on the food and you will be rewarded with succulent and delicious sushi. Visit or order once and you will definitely be returning!

Food was decent, although I ordered Sushi and did not receive soy sauce! Did not get the soda I paid for either!

First time in NYC that I've gotten sushi I really couldn't (or didn't want to eat). Threw it all away, except for the broccoli appertized, which was actually very tasty.

My god how terrible. The cuts of fish were smattered with that nasty white stuff and was rather discolored. The sea urchin was inedible. I will order this again whenever I need to seek revenge on an enemy.

The WORST sushi, miso soup and vegetable tempura that I have ever had, between New York, Chicago and Los Angeles.

Terrible. Took too long even though I am only a block away; the little tub of soy sauce they gave me was watered down; the seaweed was chewy and gross.

pretty good sushi. clean presentation. quick delivery. ask for extra wasabi - they did ot send enough wasabi and ginger for two people. they only sent it for one even though we ordered two entrees, a roll, and an appetizer.

Will not kill you but not great sushi or japanese food. The miso soup was instant. Sashimi was cut strangely but was fresh and generous size. Sea Bass was fishy and prepared chinese style.

Sushi is always fresh - while average quality, it's cheap and fast.

sushi was excellent and fresh, chicken tempura was over-breaded on tiny strips of chicken... but a huge portion. wasabi shumai was interesting.
